On August 5th, RiverHills Bank participated in Pierce Township's National Night Out at Locust Corner Park. Team members welcomed visitors of all ages with fun activities, branded giveaways, and account information while connecting with the community. The evening concluded with RiverHills Bank receiving the Best Booth of the Evening award for its interactive and engaging presence.
On August 4th, RiverHills Bank team members participated in Milford’s National Night Out, held in the Walmart parking lot. Employees connected with community members by sharing information about RiverHills Bank products, distributing branded giveaways, candy, and temporary tattoos, and celebrating an evening dedicated to supporting local first responders and families.
On July 4th, RiverHills Bank participated in the Freedom Fest Parade in New Richmond. Employees and community members handed out candy, patriotic bracelets, and patriotic ducks while showcasing a festive parade float and celebrating Independence Day with the community.
On June 23rd, RiverHills Bank employees and community members gathered for a Stars & Stripes Fourth of July Rug Painting event. Participants created patriotic doormats for the holiday while enjoying an evening of creativity, connection, and festive fun.
RiverHills Bank proudly supports another Affordable Housing Project. Through partnership with RealAmerica Development, RiverHills Bank was proud to provide a $2,400,000 Permanent Loan to help bring Retreat at the Switchyard to life.

Through partnership with Fairfield Homes, Inc., RiverHills Bank was able to provide a $8,500,000 Construction Loan converting to a $3,400,000 Permanent Loan, along with a $2,075,000 cash-collateralized construction loan. Stratford Place was one of the first 4% LIHTC developments to utilize RiverHills Bank's cash-collateralized construction loan structure.
