At RiverHills Bank, we submit video impressions to describe an act of kindness or to recognize each other for exhibiting the core values on a monthly basis. We took several minutes to go up to a fellow coworker, tell them about a time that was not formally recognized and shared our gratitude for one another.
On October 31st, RiverHills employees participated in a friendly but competitive costume contest. After COVID, we wanted to revisit a tradition that was at rest. I’d say we came back full blast!
