Customer Service Representative

We are looking for individuals interested in part-time and full-time positions at all 5 of our locations. These individuals should be outgoing as they will be interacting directly with our customers in person and over the phones.

Position summary:
This is an entry level position with a ton of opportunity to grow. Wages will be increased as you progress through training and each new Teller Level. Customer Service Representatives perform basic teller functions such as accepting deposits, facilitating withdrawals, processing loan payments, and cashing checks. Good phone etiquette is also highly important in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Run teller window
• Open basic personal and business accounts
• Vault balancing
• ATM balancing
• End-of-day transaction processing

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of PC (MS windows and Office Products including word, excel, etc.)
• Previous banking experience preferred, but not required


Branch Manager

We are looking for an energetic individuals to fill our Branch Manager position. These individuals should be outgoing as they will be responsible for making sales calls and growing deposits at the designated branch locations.

Position summary:

Manage the retail outlet as an income center to achieve income and expense targets. Participate in the development of retail goals and sales targets. Participate in community activities in the vicinity of the branch location to enhance public awareness of the bank and to leave a positive impression of the bank. Meet regularly with staff to communicate objectives and goals, branch operating status and employee input to improve branch performance so that high quality information flows in both directions.

Responsibilities:

• Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies or arrange for training to be provided.
• Supervise, manage and give recommendations regarding the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
• Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.
• Run Teller window
• Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.
• Resolve customer complaints and answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.
• Maintain Branch appearance and facilities
• Safe Deposit box updates
• Open checking, savings, IRA, business accounts, CDs, POD, POA
• Understand all vault operations
• Research for customers, cross sell new accounts, etc.
• Complete and keep up to date Risk Ratings for all commercial customers
• Vault balancing and auditing
• Manage ODP for the branch, complete collection calls, counsel customers, charge off accounts, report to collection agency, determine eligibility for new/existing customers
• Branch budget
• Create sales goals and marketing plans for at the branch
• Participate in Community Affairs
• Attend Managers Meeting
• Customer Calls
• Complete Branch audit procedures
• Schedule staffing for their branch
• Adherence to all compliance and regulatory procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Book Club participant
• 2 years of sales management experience in retail banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales
• A good understanding of our deposit products and services
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of PC (MS windows and Office Products including word, excel, etc.)
