How it works
Any employee is able to submit mortgage referrals with just a few clicks. Simply scroll to the short form below, input the potential applicant’s name, at least one method of contact, any additional notes from the initial conversation, and your name in the Referred By section.
Employees get (5) Strategic Objective Points for every soft hand-off submitted, regardless of whether the loan closes or not. The customer must complete an application to receive points.
If the soft hand-off converts to a closed loan, the employee who referred the customer will receive (10) Strategic Objective Points as well as $100 (limit 5 per year).
