Staying Open & Informed

Relationship Matter

The situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is constantly changing. We are continuously monitoring mandates and best business practices from our local and national government officials, as well as following the latest advice from organizations such as the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As we all navigate this time of uncertainly, please be assured that RHB’s Core Values will continue to guide our actions and decisions. Now more than ever Relationships Matter.

Financially Sound

RiverHills Bank remains financially sound and has experienced minimal economic impact to date. We remain very well capitalized and have maintained the highest asset quality rating available. Although you can never be financially prepared for a situation like this, we have a fortress-like balance sheet that is built to withstand turbulent economic waters like what we anticipate moving forward. Rest assured, RiverHills Bank will be here and better than ever when this is all over.

Ready to respond

RiverHills management team has been working closely with federal and state regulators for years to prepare for this type of situation. A couple of years ago we developed and tested a pandemic disaster response and business continuity plan. We learned a lot from that planning and testing. We have implemented many of plans over the last few months including office staff working from home and reduced branch hours to provide for additional layers of staffing in case of an infection. We have also decided that we were going to rely on the CDC Covid Data Tracker to help us identify a safe way to interact with each other, our communities, and our customers. In general, if Clermont County is Substantial or High, all staff members will be required to wear a mask, but all lobbies will remain open.

Ready to Serve

We have five branch lobbies and four branch drive-thru locations open for business from 9-5. During this time, we are able to provide all normal services to our customer base. We are also taking extra precautions when interacting with our customers like wiping down the drive-thru capsule for each and every customer. We are even wiping down every pen used in every transaction. Our commercial team is busy contacting loan customers and seeing how this is affecting them. If it is causing them hardship, they have been empowered to give them some immediate payment relief. Our mortgage servicing team is also reaching out to customers about their personal mortgage loans and offering the relief packages that are available to them. Our mortgage team is out in the community helping people who are wanting to take advantage of some of the best rates ever and getting them into a new home or saving them money on their current home.
